The provider named in the legal notice is responsible for this site. You can reach us at hello@alphagorithm.com.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes your IP address, traffic routing data and technical data about your request. We run no server of our own for this.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in a reliable and safe site.

Cloudflare may transfer this data to the USA. It relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and otherwise on standard contractual clauses.

How long Cloudflare keeps this data is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

We receive your email address and what you write, and we use them to answer you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a possible agreement, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in answering your message.

Mail to hello@alphagorithm.com is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the provider's mailbox.

Messages also reach service providers we use for email and for handling correspondence. Some of them are outside the EU, including in the USA. We may also handle messages from outside the EU, in countries with no EU adequacy decision.

We keep your message as long as the matter needs it, and longer only where the law requires it.

Plain email is not end-to-end encrypted, so please send sensitive data only if it is needed.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 18, 20 and 21 GDPR). To use them, write to hello@alphagorithm.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
